You may return your items within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Once received and approved, a store credit valid for 6 months will be issued, redeemable exclusively in our online store.

If you wish to exchange an item, you can request it through our contact form; approval will depend on stock availability.

Store credit is valid for a maximum of 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue. Once expired, it cannot be used.
Return Process

The return process is only valid if the return has been previously authorized by our team.

Once approved, you will receive the return address along with detailed instructions.

Use a tracked shipping service (express is not required).

Declare a value of 150 NIS on the package.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds

Refunds are only provided as store credit (valid for 6 months).

Store credit can only be used in the By Sharon Jewelry online store.
Repairs and Warranty

We repair most manufacturing defects; please send a picture of your damaged jewelry to our team to evaluate options.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or stones.

General wear and tear (items bent out of shape, twisted, broken, oxidized, or with faded plating).
